Has the ‘human caused global warming camp’ reached critical mass finally?
Last year I followed a question which read “Is global warming real?”. I was saddened to observe that most respondants were of the impression that it can be wholly attributed to the Earth’s natural cycle.
I followed a similar question a few months later and observed yet again most respondants arguing against human caused global warming.
Now, just today I checked on yet another ‘Is global warming real’ question and was surprised to find that most people are answering yes…finally.
So I was just wondering…are the vast majority of people finally convinced that we humans are a primary cause of this phenomenon?
Do they finally realize that fossil fuels don’t dig themselves out of the Earth’s subsurface and expose themselves to our atmosphere….etc…?
Yahoo answers is a poor measure of what’s going on in general. Here’s a couple of good polls, for the US and the world.

As the data gets stronger, so does the consensus.
Have we reached critical mass for the strong action we need? Probably not yet. But we’re surely headed there.
